Edwards Center is a non-profit organization that provides outstanding support to adults with developmental disabilities in both residential and employment settings. If you are looking to make a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to contact us.

Experience / Qualifications
Edwards Center provides training that begins before job assignment and continues during employment. Previous experience is helpful, but not required.

To be eligible to work at Edwards Center, applicants must pass criminal history checks (conducted during pre-service training). Applicants must be 18 or older. A good driving record is required for most positions.

A questionnaire and application for employment are provided during the interview process.

Locations
Our programs are in Beaverton, Aloha, Hillsboro, Milwaukie, Clackamas, Oak Grove, Gladstone and Oregon City.

Schedules
Edwards Center is a 24-hour service provider and therefore schedules range from day and swing hours to overnight, weekend and block shifts. Often, schedules are student friendly and work well with other employment. Although the majority of our shifts are full-time, part-time and relief-shifts are available.

Wage & Benefits
Hourly entry-level wages start between $10.05 and $10.80. We offer health insurance, dental insurance, paid vacation and sick leave, 1 personal day each calendar year, short term disability, long term disability, life insurance, a 403B tax sheltered annuity, 9 paid holidays, and an Employee Assistence Program.
