Join our Day Support Activities (DSA) program to actively support our participants in skill building and working towards their personal goals out in their community. Activities are tailored towards each individual’s likes and interests and could include outings in the park, going to the store, or exploring nearby attractions and museums.

Join our Employment Program to actively assist our participants in finding and keeping jobs in the local community by providing one-to-one coaching at their place of work.

Join our Residential Program to support our participants in all aspects of their daily home life and living the life they most want to live. The DSP roles in Residential are all about engagement with the individuals we provide services for, whether it be activities within the house or community-based adventures.

We also have a mentorship program which provides comprehensive leadership for those interested in growth, professional development and possible advancement. To be eligible to work at Edwards Center, you must pass a criminal history check (conducted prior to pre-service training). A good driving record is also required for most positions. Applicants must be 18 or older.

Edwards Center provides services 24 hours a day so schedules can range anywhere from day and swing hours to overnight, weekend and block shifts. Schedules are typically student-friendly and fit easily with other employment. Although the majority of shifts are full-time, part-time and relief shifts are also available.

Most of our jobs are hourly, and entry-level wages start at a competitive rate. We offer health insurance, dental insurance, paid vacation and sick leave, one personal day each calendar year, short and long-term disability, life insurance, a 403B tax-sheltered annuity, nine paid holidays, and an Employee Assistance program.
